Sales Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Commission-Based Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth for our consulting services. This role offers a lucrative commission structure with unlimited earning potential for top performers. 

Key Responsibilities 

Prospecting and Lead Generation: 

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of consulting services through various channels including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.


Sales Presentations and Proposals: 

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our consulting services and demonstrate the value we can bring to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client. 


Client Relationship Management: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring a high level of customer service. 


Negotiation and Closing: 

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure new business deals.
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 


Market Research and Reporting: 

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including feedback on market trends and client needs. 


Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in sales, min 5 years, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM software and sales tracking tools. 


Compensation: 

  • Commission based Independent Contractor 1099. This is a commission-based position with an attractive commission structure. The more you sell, the more you earn.
  • Opportunities for bonuses and incentives based on performance.
